If disinfecting radios to reduce risks of COVID-19 spread is the primary reason for cleaning, then Step 5 should be used. The below procedure can be used on Tait Portables, Mobiles, and Repeater radios.
This procedure is contained in the standard Radio User Guide documentation. This document is issued to describe it's applicability and usage for COVID-19 disinfecting.
